A woman sitting on a gray sofa reading a red book titled 'All About Love' while a large, curly-haired dog nuzzles her leg. There is a tall vase with white flowers and branches on a side table next to her, and a wall with art on it in the background.

I offer virtual psychotherapy sessions.

Multiple open books scattered on a surface, lit by a small candle and decorated with a vase holding a yellow flower and string lights.

My main modalities are narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and parts work.

My hope for this eclectic approach is to understand, empathise, and reframe the stories that keep us from growing. This approach weaves a new story to help people see themselves in a different light and better deal with life's ups and downs. CBT jumps into the connections between thoughts, feelings, and actions, giving practical ways to change patterns. Parts work is all about exploring and bringing together different sides of ourselves for inner peace.

Through these approaches, I want to make mental health support more accessible and personalised, supporting people on their unique healing journey
