A FIVE-WEEK PROGRAM

An informational poster for a 5-week psychotherapeuy group titled "Healing Through Story." It features an illustration of four diverse women sitting in a theater, one holding a box of popcorn, smiling and enjoying the moment. The poster indicates the facilitator is Octavia Marquis, RP, and highlights themes of safety, inclusivity, trauma-informed care, and support for marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities. The program is offered by Milo Mental Health Counselling.

Stories shape the way we see ourselves and the world.

In this group, we’ll explore powerful films together, reflect on themes of identity, resilience, and connection, and build tools for self-growth in a supportive community.

We’ll do a short intake together to make sure the group feels safe, supportive, and the right fit for you
